Before you book
- 40 minutes at Mitsuboshi Cutlery in Seki: a 10-minute lecture, a 20-minute factory tour and a 10-minute showroom visit. Knives can be bought on site.
- Apply at least 3 business days in advance (Monday to Friday, excluding public holidays).
- No pickup: about 12 minutes on foot from Seki City Hall Station on the Nagaragawa Railway, or 22 minutes on foot from Seki City Terminal. From Nagoya, the highway bus from the Meitetsu Bus Center takes about an hour.
- Free cancellation up to 24 hours before.

- When traveling from Nagoya, the highway bus from the Meitetsu Bus Center to Seki City Terminal is convenient.
- Travel time: approximately 1 hour.
